The HIVE is affordable, creative co-working space available at the Hannah Grimes Center. Whether you are an entrepreneur or an employee who has the option to work remotely, The HIVE can offer a space that allows for both concentrations on focused tasks as well as areas that allow for quiet conversations and collaboration. This gives individuals the ability to network, problem solve, and advance their business ideas.

Co-working Membership Levels:
$1,200 for the full year. Includes up to 2 employees co-working, additional employees may be added at the rate of $25 per employee, per month. Membership includes up to 10 hours a month of conference room usage.
8am-5pm Monday through Friday access. Daily rate $15 per day. Weekly rate $50 per week.
$100 monthly: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday access.
$150 monthly: 24/7 access
$200 monthly: 24/7 access & up to 10 hours of conference room rental in The HIVE.
