The CDBG provides funds to organizations that support economic growth, primarily for low and moderate income people. In additional to critical operating funds, CDBG is the primary supporter of the Scholarship Fund that makes financial aid for our Master Series (Startup Lab, Mastering Social Media, Financial Fundamentals, etc.) possible!

Supporting Hannah Grimes

To fulfill the requirements of the CDBG, we are asked to collect basic financial data on the businesses and individuals that we serve (as requested on the two attached forms). For each qualifying member of the Hannah Grimes community that fills out the attached forms, we receive $2,500 in program funding. These forms not only help us report responsibly to CDFA, but also provide a random sampling of the businesses that the we serve every day, providing us with valuable data.

The forms are used only to demonstrate the effectiveness of our programming to CDFA as well as to identify participants who qualify for a scholarship for one of our programs.
