These professionals are not endorsed in any way by the Hannah Grimes Center. We try to list a few people in each category as we recommend talking to a few people in the field to find who you think would be the best fit for you and your business needs.

Jennifer Jacobs is the founder of, Adaptiva HR. They specialize in more than just the nuts and bolts of running a company legally, but also how to create the environment where employees can thrive in the workplace. They offer coaching, workshops, EAP counseling and more. Jennifer and her team also facilitate workshops at HGC for managers, leaders, and HR professionals.

Food Based Business Resources
Windham Grows: Food and farm based value add accelerator. They accept entrepreneurs from across state lines.
Greenfield, MA food processing center and incubator. They offer an information session on the third Tuesday of the month at 10am.
Food Connects aggregates and delivers food from over 65 local farmers and food producers to over 100 buyers in Southeast Vermont and Southwest New Hampshire.
