“The Grant Writing Workshop helped me understand the grant landscape and the types of grants that might be a good fit for our school. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and engaging and made herself available to each of us for questions specific to our organizations. I returned to my school better prepared for my next proposal.”

“Grant Writing USA provided an excellent course at the Hannah Grimes Center that was accessible to all levels of grant writers, from novice to expert. It was very informative and even fun! The teacher was charismatic and interesting. It was a very productive day, with opportunities to apply the knowledge to my nonprofit during class.”
“I thoroughly enjoyed the Grant-writing USA workshop hosted by the Hannah Grimes Center. Johnna’s command of all things grant-related was most impressive. She shared her knowledge with disarming humor and relevant examples which resonated with an audience of very diverse needs from a course in grant writing; the writer, the researcher, the fireman, the teacher, the entrepreneur. I took the course as a leap of faith in the direction of new career aspirations. I learned so much and was intrigued and inspired to seek out additional grant writing seminars. I have to say, though, I have yet to encounter an instructor as dynamic and engaging as Johnna. I still refer to the lessons she shared when researching funders for a local non-profit.”
