About the Instructors: Pamela P. Little, Esq.
Pam opened her law practice in Keene, NH in September of 2011 after working as an attorney in New London and Concord. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center). Pam practices law in both New Hampshire and Vermont with a focus on wills, trusts and estate planning, probate, adult guardianship, elder law, and corporate and business transactions.
Pam is an adjunct faculty member for Franklin Pierce University and teaches a business law and ethics course for its MBA program. She enjoys wilderness and white water canoeing with her husband and sons, and lives in Cheshire County.

President Paula Mathews brings more than 25 years of experience to HR Compliance 101, including 14 years as a Human Resource Manager for a major corporate division with 260 employees. She has an undergraduate degree in education and is certified to train in forklift safety and other industry programs. In addition to leading numerous workshops on compliance and human resource issues, Paula is often a guest speaker before industry and civic organizations. Among other honors she has received the Jaffrey, NH, Chamber of Commerce Directors Award.
