About This Workshop:




Bring your lunch and a notepad to this workshop that will survey issues important in getting and keeping your small business on solid footing. Whether you’re establishing or established, come learn with experts Tina McCosker and Alisa Andrews about a variety of topics, including:




  • Why and how to register a business trade name

  • How to form a business entity (LLC, etc.)

  • Asset management

  • Contract issues

  • Insurance

  • Human Resources

  • and more!



This session will run for approximately one hour, with additional time for questions.


 


 


 


 


About the Instructors



Alisa Andrews is an attorney with the Law Offices of Wyatt & Associates, PLLC. She practices in the areas of labor and employment, wills and trusts, real estate, and business law. Alisa is also an Adjunct Faculty member for Franklin Pierce University, where she teaches a business law and ethics course for the Masters of Business Administration program.

Tina McCosker is a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual.  Prior to this Tina worked in the banking industry for approximately 20 years.  Tina works with Small Businesses of all sorts as well as individual clients.  Tina is a Keene State Alum, and lives locally with her husband, Michael and two children.
