About this Workshop: Leadership and Emotional Intelligence


In this second workshop, we’ll demystify Emotional Intelligence (EI) and see why it’s replacing “smarts” in the workplace. We’ll break down the important components of EI and learn how to use them in developing better relationships at work. Come with your questions and participate in this lively discussion. We’ll look at each EI scale, and learn why EI is an important building block for leadership today.


 



About the Leadership Workshop Series


Join expert Bob Vecchiotti for three sessions that will cover a a range of topics pertaining to leaders and leadership. These workshops will build on each other.


In the first workshop, we’ll discuss the qualities of a leader. The second workshop will overview emotional intelligence and how to build relationships with the important people around you. The last workshop will crystalize the learning from the first two sessions to help you, as a business person, fully engage your people, suppliers, and customers. Don’t miss any of the three!

About the Instructor: Bob Vecchiotti


Bob Vecchiotti is a proven expert in the leadership process, starting at the Pentagon Behavior Institute, the aerospace industry, consulting, and continuing through today’s business challenges. He has published many articles on leadership and strategy development, including three in the Keene Sentinel. He’s been a business advisor and coach to business executives and owners for over 35 years.
