About this Workshop: 21st Century Leaders – What’s It Take?
Join us in this first workshop to learn about the most important and relevant leader characteristics for the 21st Century. We’ll discuss how to use these characteristics in developing your own leadership style and in developing your company in this volatile and rapidly changing world. We’ll discuss leading as it relates to business planning, selecting your team, and running your business.
About the Leadership Workshop Series
Join expert Bob Vecchiotti for three sessions that will cover a a range of topics pertaining to leaders and leadership. These workshops will build on each other.
In the first workshop, we’ll discuss the qualities of a leader. The second workshop will overview emotional intelligence and how to build relationships with the important people around you. The last workshop will crystalize the learning from the first two sessions to help you, as a business person, fully engage your people, suppliers, and customers. Don’t miss any of the three!
These workshops will be Wednesdays, 12 – 1:30 pm on the following three dates:

About the Instructor: Bob Vecchiotti
Bob Vecchiotti is a proven expert in the leadership process, starting at the Pentagon Behavior Institute, the aerospace industry, consulting, and continuing through today’s business challenges. He has published many articles on leadership and strategy development, including three in the Keene Sentinel. He’s been a business advisor and coach to business executives and owners for over 35 years.
