A vibrant business community thrives when passionate, engaged business leaders innovate, connect, and give back in our region. Leadership Circle is a program designed to develop business leaders in the Monadnock Region, offering them a chance to share their experiences, ask for guidance, and learn new skills.

Leadership Circle provides a confidential circle of like-minded entrepreneurs working together to strengthen leadership and improve management and operations. Topics range according to the group’s interest and include sales, marketing, human resources, values, strategic planning, and leadership. 

The group is currently working on building the skills they need to create an employer brand.  The program will include defining their employee needs, company culture and value proposition with employees.  It will also help them build strong hiring, orientation and engagement systems.
