Attend our free information session on Agile Project Management with Lisa Sieverts . She’ll cover the following questions you may have about Agile Project Management:

- Why is it different from traditional PMP style?
- What are the advantages of Agile vs. PMP?
- Look at scope, time, and resources differently
- When to recognize and use agile and traditional PMP. We’ll help you discern which one is the right choice.
The information session will help you understand if you should attend the two-day Agile Project Management training on May 15 and 16. The cost to attend the two- day workshop is $895.
In the information session we will also highlight the NH Job Training Fund, which is an application-based program that if approved, provides matching grants to employers for workforce training and education.
About the Instructor
Lisa Sieverts owns Facilitated Change, an independent project management consulting company. She is credentialed as an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) and a Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute, a global leader in the development of standards for the practice of project management. Before launching her own company in 2003, she worked for Hewlett-Packard in California and Idaho. Lisa was the Hannah Grimes Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013. In addition to her consulting business, she currently teaches Agile Project Management for the Harvard Extension School in Cambridge, MA.
