About the Instructor
Ben began his career as a Series 7 licensed representative leading Chase Manhattan Bank’s Personal Banking division for highest sales in New York City, then went on to join the #1 ranked ABN Amro Asia equity research team in Taiwan. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he lead the winning team in the Edward L. Kaplan New Venture Challenge. He joined Daruma Capital Management after Booth, as an analyst for a top performing US small-cap value portfolio with $1 billion in assets. In 2006, he started Menadena as a business consultancy, with early projects including a real estate investment fund in Berlin, Germany, and Fuel Bio, the largest biodiesel manufacturer on the East Coast. Ben is a Squarespace Authorized Trainer and Duct Tape Marketing Certified Consultant, and his company Menadena provides strategy, website design and marketing services for business owners from Cape Cod to Maui.
