This organizational skills workshop aims to provide attendees with real­ life tools and skills that work. Attendees will learn how to identify which tasks are their responsibility, which should be delegated, and which should be eliminated. Attendees will also learn how managing one device for planning will allow them to accomplish daily, weekly, and long­ term tasks and projects effectively. In addition, attendees will learn the only effective way to manage inboxes, reducing or eliminating wasted time, stress, and lost productivity.

Joanne graduated from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire and has spent her career working in management and business.
Her background includes management, sales, marketing, radio, retail, human resources, and small business social media development. Joanne hosted a radio show for over six years, interviewing hundreds of business owners discussing success and marketing. Joanne has over twenty-five years of experience in the marketing field, and she is a founder and the current Chief Relations Officer at Sprout for Business.
