Executive Directors Group

The Executive Directors Group is a collaborative group of Executive Directors who are interested in working together to support and guide each other and to tackle some of the most challenging issues they face as the leaders of our region’s nonprofits.
Do you have topics that you want to learn more about such as ED succession planning, difficult employees or board members, or mission drift? Join this group especially for ED’s to discuss and learn about important issues and topics.
Please join us the first Tuesday of the month from 12pm until 1:30pm at the Hannah Grimes Center. Bring your lunch and come learn with other ED’s. ED’s can host the group at their location too. Sign up your location with the facilitator.
Our fall meetings are as follows:
- October 2 at Hannah Grimes, 12-1:30, brown bag
- November 6, Kurn Hattin Homes, Westminster VT 12-1:30, Steve Harrison hosting and providing lunch at their cafeteria
- December 4, Stonewall Farm, Keene NH 12-1:30, brown bag hosted by Julie Davenson
The ED Group meets monthly on the first Tuesday of each month and is facilitated by Maryann LaCroix Lindberg of Philanthropy Resource Group. The topics addressed at each meeting are determined by the interests of the group.
November’s meeting location:
The address is 708 Kurn Hattin Road, Westminster, VT 05158 (it may show as Putney in GPS).
Take Rt. 12 north (19 mins.) to a left onto Rt.123 which will take you across the CT River bridge to VT. Go left at “T,” immediately after the under-train-tunnel. Merge onto Rt. 5 south for 1.5 miles. Turn right onto School Street for 0.25 mile. Turn left at “T” onto Kurn Hattin Road for .75 mile (over I-91). Take the first right after the interactive speed limit sign and go up the hill past the Mayo Memorial Center on right to the parking lot.
Walk back to the front of the Mayo Center to enter the lobby. We will be in the Kelsey Room which is a left hallway out of the main lobby.
