Entrepreneur Roadmap: Exit Strategies
Jun 15, 2016 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am
“Begin with the end in mind.”
Steven Covey helped us understand the importance of beginning with the end mind. Let Wink Faulkner help you figure out how to plan for the outcomes you desire.
About this Entrepreneur Roadmap Workshop
Most business owners start their business for the freedom that comes with running their own company: freedom to earn, to do business with whom they want, when they want and from wherever they want. The challenge for many business owners is that the dream remains elusive. In fact, many business owners even feel trapped in their business because they are the sole expert on every aspect of the company. A planned exit strategy will help reduce owner dependency and prepare others to successfully run the company into the future.
This workshop will cover: Increasing the value of your business, exit strategy options, selecting and transitioning future leadership, financing your succession and tax and legal implications to consider.
About Entrepreneur Roadmap Series
These five seminars will help just about any person in a business as they seek to improve their skills as a business owner. Each of the seminars stands on its own. However, with all five seminars an attendee can expect to gain a deeper understanding of what it is like to run an entire business or just a part of a larger business. That wisdom will make for a better, more productive team member.
