The Executive Directors Group is a collaborative group of Executive Directors who are interested in working together to support and guide each other and to tackle some of the most challenging issues they face as the leaders of our region’s nonprofits.

Managing employees has consistently presented as one of the greatest challenges for executive directors in the group.  Thus, the current focus of the group is on steps to build their organizations as an Employer of Choice.  What does that mean in practical terms?  “It means that people will choose to work for you.  It means that people will choose to really dedicate themselves to your success.  It means that people will choose to stay with you.”

If you are interested in increasing your impact through strengthening the engagement of your employees, please join us on the first Tuesdays of each month from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm at the Hannah Grimes Center for this free group meeting.
