Basic Principles of Respectful Workplaces
Nov 14, 2017 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
The culture of a business is partially formed by employees, but should also be based on the founder’s vision, mission, and values. Business owners deserve the kind of culture they want for the businesses. Owners have the right, but also the responsibility, for their culture. Employees are more likely to put forth their best efforts when their work experience includes the feeling of respect. They know what respectful behavior looks like & feels like. How do business owners create & maintain a culture that is respectful? Lead by example and require your employees to follow six simple principles.
