Basic Principles of Constructive Feedback – Having Those Difficult Conversations
Dec 12, 2017 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Not many people like confrontation. However, if you don’t tell your employees (or your teenagers) when and why they aren’t meeting your expectations, they won’t change their behavior and you’ll remain an unhappy parent or employer. Taking corrective action and educating your employees/children about how to meet your exceptions can have only good results. They will either correct their behavior or they should be walked down your disciplinary path.
During this workshop, we’ll discuss ways to deliver feedback in an appropriate manner and build respectful workplaces. This discussion will include when feedback is needed, who delivers the feedback, and when & how it should be delivered. You’ll leave this workshop with a six-step method for delivery.
