Oct 13, 2016 @ 5:00 am - 6:30 pm
About this Workshop
An artist’s greatest asset is her creativity, and intellectual property law is designed to protect this powerful asset. Attorney Amanda Nelson will present a brief introduction to the three major areas of intellectual property law: copyrights, patents and trademarks. She will discuss the distinction between these three areas, what, specifically, they protect, and how to use intellectual property laws to protect your livelihood.
