6 Hour Build-a-Website Workshop
March 21 @ 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
New online software allows you to design and launch a website without a technical background. This means that with only a layman’s knowledge of computers, you can now build your own website, and a new 6-hour workshop sponsored by Hannah Grimes will help.
This workshop is designed to help you design a site, craft each page, and finally turn the site live without the need for a webmaster. You will work on your own site, using your own computer, under the skilled eye of the workshop instructor. And while there is no guarantee that you can complete the site in just 6 hours, if you are willing to invest the time and energy, you will be able to launch your site soon after the workshop.
Here is what you’ll learn:
This workshop is structured to bring you from the very start, through all phases of designing and launching a website using the Squarespace content management system.
