They milk Brown Swiss cows, sell raw milk, cream, veal, pork, and beef. Their excess milk is fed to humanely raised veal calves and pigs. They feed their cows feed that is produced using organic principles and treat them using homeopathic remedies.

Walpole: Great Brook Farm, 247 County Road, Walpole, NH 03608. Farm store name is The Milkhouse. Raw milk in 1/2 gallon glass, 1/2 gallon plastic and 1 gallon plastic. Open farmers’ hours 6am-8pm 365 days a year. They welcome farm visits. The farm is a 10 generation family farm with 3 generations working on the farm now. The farm was established in 1761 and it has been passed down from father to son and has always been used as a dairy farm. The cows eat grass in the summer and hay and balage in the winter.
