Giving Monadnock

The boards of Hannah Grimes Center and Giving Monadnock are happy to announce that Giving Monadnock will become a distinct program of the Hannah Grimes Center in the spring of 2010. This is the culmination of a strategic planning process that began over a year ago at Giving Monadnock. Through that process, the GM board learned that the Monadnock region’s nonprofits highly valued and needed its services, but the economy created a hurdle for paying program fees.

Because both organizations are similar in mission, reach, and services, the nonprofits of the Monadnock region will be able to continue receiving the same programs that they have come to expect over the years for low or no cost. We are very excited about this opportunity and look forward to building the capacity of our region’s nonprofits.

Giving Monadnock strengthens the Monadnock Community by improving the effectiveness of nonprofit organizations and promoting a spirit of giving.

Our Vision 

Giving Monadnock envisions a healthy and vibrant region in which all community members benefit from the vital programs provided by the region’s nonprofit organizations and give generously of their time and resources to help those nonprofits thrive.
