Space Rental

Conference Room

The Hannah Grimes Center has Conference Room space for rent on an as-available basis. The room can accommodate up to 18 people and is equipped with wireless, a 46” wall-mounted flat screen for electronic presentations, and ergonomically adjustable chairs. It is situated directly across from a fully-equipped kitchen with bathrooms a short walk down the hallway. The Hannah Grimes Center is handicapped accessible.

Rental Fees:

  • Hourly: $25 for the first hour plus $15 for each additional hour
  • Half-Day (4 hours): $60
  • Full-Day (8 hours): $120
  • After Hours (after 5 pm and weekends): $35/hour
  • Nonprofit discount: 15%

Office Rental

Our Part Time and Temporary office spaces are for those business owners/employees who:

  • May have office space elsewhere but want to work with clients in the Keene area
  • What to take a break from their usual business environment to spend focused time on business planning or a particular project
  • Normally work from home but occasionally want to be part of a professional office community of peers to feel less isolated and more disciplined
  • Are travelers to the area and need to work in a professional office environment temporarily

Rental Fees:

  • Part Time office space: $100 for up to 30 hours per month of shared office space (an on-line calendar is used to reserve the space for private use)
  • Temporary office space: $150 per week (private space, unlimited hours)
