Business incubators nurture the development of entrepreneurial companies, helping them survive and grow during their start-up period when they are most vulnerable to failure. According to the National Businesses Incubation Association, businesses that participate in incubators see their rate of survival increase to 87% versus a 44% survival rate for a non-incubated business. Research has shown that for every $1 of estimated public operating subsidy provided the incubator, clients and graduates of incubators generate approximately $30 in local tax revenue alone.
This “economic gardening”, or growing your own businesses locally versus recruiting businesses to an area, has been demonstrated to have greater economic and social benefits to the community as the owners are more committed and involved in their communities and the dollars from these businesses circulate more in the local economy than non-local businesses.
Full and Part Time Associate Member Options Prices range from $50 to $400 a month. Full time associates work from a private office, and part time associates share a private fully furnished office.
